Service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Sticker price was 28K and they increased that with a hidden 2.5K mark up fee. No incentives for making a deal to get this purchase. I purchased a 2022 Kia k5 GT Line from Shiloh a little less than a week ago and I have never had such a great experience with a dealership or a salesman before! I called first thing in the morning on a Mo less than a week ago and I have never had such a great experience with a dealership or a salesman before! I called first thing in the morning on a Monday morning to check availability and ask some questions about the car and Shiloh was very helpful and even walked out to the lot to confirm a few of the cars details. I live a little over an hour away so as soon as I was on my way Shiloh had the car placed on hold and started getting it ready for me. As soon as I got there Shiloh showed a few details of the car and started to get my trade in appraised. Shiloh was very personable and was great with my three year old son. Shiloh made the whole process go very smoothly. In finance, Rich did a great job explaining all of our options. My son was starting to get bored and acting out and Rich was so great with my son. Rich was also very personable and made the process go so smooth. After we were done in finance, Shiloh took the time to talk through all of the options on the car. He also followed up the next day to make sure we were enjoying the car. I will 100% be returning to Cronin Kia and also recommending to all of my friends and family. More

Don't Waste You Money! !! My Daughter took her car to Cronin Kia. She told them she had a noise in the brakes. They said that will be $141 dollars to check that out. They ca !! They came back with you need pads and we'll just "recondition your rotors for $510 on top of the $141. Mind you if it's just pads they would have caught that with their free complementary brake check. So I questioned them OH! we check the whole system out, to which I replied xxxxxxxx. No one checks the whole system out when you can see pads need replacing. Long story short I bought the pads front and back for $70. I'll replace them myself. To my surprise I had a bad caliper on the left front of the car. I mean the manager told me for $141 they checked the whole system out. Again to which I call xxxxxxxx! The caliper was only $145 including core charge at NAPA. I would question any repair this place tells you you need. Save The Money do the brakes yourself. My daughter was a loyal customer till this incident. More
