I would like to say that I have bought many cars in the past, and I have not had a more easy going experience then I had dealing with Cronin Kia and with Mike Monroe my sales person. Jason went above and beyond to help us get a new Sorento. I had a very unique issue to work thru as my wife and I were in 2 different states and had a engine from Kia corporate to be installed in our old Sor I had a very unique issue to work thru as my wife and I were in 2 different states and had a engine from Kia corporate to be installed in our old Sorento. Jason and me worked out all the details so when my wife showed up, all she had to do was sign the paperwork. Jason took my wife thru the equipment on her new Sorento and he even programmed her cell phone into the stereo. Very painless process for my wife. My only complaint is with the service department. Kia corporate was providing a new engine for the vehicle we had, I had to pay for the labor. The initial quote for labor was approx $1200. 2 days later I get a call saying the way the engine is delivered will increase the labor to $3,400, more than double the original. Based on Cronin's labor price of $89 an hour, that is 40 hours of work. It does not take that to change out and engine. When I explained that to the service department, he had a take it or leave it attitude. More

Certainly not in a hurry. Both were positive upbeat and friendly. The experience I had with Cronin was awesome. No one was pushy overbearing and did not call me every night wanting me to buy.
