I was actually trying to get a used car with as few miles on it as possible. I had looked at some of the buy here - pay here/special finance places but their inventory was garbage. I was afraid that I would end up with a junk car that was going to break down. I really want a KIA because I had owed one before. I never should have traded it in because there was nothing wrong with it. I was searching the internet and came across Cronin Kia. I gave it a shot even though I was expecting to be rejected. Cronin put me in a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Soul. Shiloh Engle was the best. He was very efficient and didn't waste my time. There was no pressure, no judgement. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend Cronin Kia for all of your automotive needs. More

Bad service MIL drove in her 2008 Kia Rondo to have the gas tank replaced at a quoted price. Issues kept coming up, which drove the price up higher, even though t MIL drove in her 2008 Kia Rondo to have the gas tank replaced at a quoted price. Issues kept coming up, which drove the price up higher, even though the initial quote was supposed to be "worst case scenario." At pickup a week later, as soon as she turned the car on, check engine light came on. Technician said it was a onboard computer update issue, updated it and engine light went away. As much as they "fixed" the car, they left the gas tank empty and provided subpar customer service. If an issue takes a week to replace, I feel as if they should make sure the car is okay before pickup. Have been in contact with upper management and hopefully will have a resolution soon. More
