Issues kept coming up, which drove the price up higher, even though the initial quote was supposed to be "worst case scenario." At pickup a week later, as soon as she turned the car on, check engine light came on. Technician said it was a onboard computer update issue, updated it and engine light went away. As much as they "fixed" the car, they left the gas tank empty and provided subpar customer service. If an issue takes a week to replace, I feel as if they should make sure the car is okay before pickup. Have been in contact with upper management and hopefully will have a resolution soon. More
