Best experience ever! I got off of work and knew I had a dentist appointment, but I needed to fit in my oil change if at all possible. When I went to the service center I d I got off of work and knew I had a dentist appointment, but I needed to fit in my oil change if at all possible. When I went to the service center I did start off with I see you guys are busy, but I was curious if you have any possible way to know how long g my oil change will take. I did explain that I was trying to fit in the oil change after work and before my dental appointment. The gentleman said it would be 30 minutes. I was confused because I knew I was not next. I did say if they couldn't get to me I would come back. He again assured me 30 minutes. I was in and out oil change service consult and payed all within 22 minutes. Best service ever! More

Great Customer Service I went to Cronic Nissan after having a bad experience with a car lot in Macon. That experience left me upset and in tears. I actually didn’t want to look at another car until I looked on online and notice the car I originally wanted was at Cronic Nissan. We drove over 50 miles to look at a Nissan Murano and met Jason, a salesman at Cronic, He did not try to pressure us and use a bunch of sales pitch with us. He was very kind and patient. We met with Mr. Jones in Financing and he was very helpful. We were able to leave that evening with keys to a brand new Platinum Nissan Murano loaded with everything I wanted at a reasonable price! Hats off to Jason and the great staff at Chronic Nissan! More

Professional and service was done quickly I had one problem I mentioned to the advisor and it was taken care of to my satisfaction. My wipers have been making a very loud noise when in use.
