Simple Oil and Tire Rotation & Balancing I would not be returning to this particular department due to having being assured my tire pressures were at 36 all evenly. During the same day only 1 I would not be returning to this particular department due to having being assured my tire pressures were at 36 all evenly. During the same day only 12 MILES from what i left the service department my tires were all at different levels of pressure Front Driver = 37 Front Pass = 33 Back Driver = 31 and Back Pass = 32. Called to speak to the service advisor regarding it and tried to pass it off as the weather did it. No sir this was the same day my vehicle did not sit over night because I understand what the cold will do to my tires as I am not someone that isnt intelligent enough about vehicles. More

Ms Marie in Service Dept is #1 She is always honest. Quotes a fair price and lets you know what service is actually necessary... not ever looking to swindle you. She is appreciative of my time and is always letting me know with friendly updates how much longer my service will be. Have worked with her for a few years and will continue to do so. Teaching her manner and approach to customer service would greatly benefit some of the service advisers at McDonough Nissan (most of those folks haven't a clue). Although a bit out of my way, I prefer working with the pleasant MsMarie @Cronic over the service dept and their Mgr at McDonough Nissan, any day More
