Rushed and unorganized I felt rushed and taken advantage of. This experience was nothing like the good experience I had when I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from this dealers I felt rushed and taken advantage of. This experience was nothing like the good experience I had when I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from this dealership. In 2012 I received free oil changes for 2 years. This time I was told they were no longer allowing those incentives. I just co-signed on a Toyota with my son and we had the very best experience. They offered the oil change incentives there plus many more. This dealership also owns a Nissan dealership and that is where I will purchase from in the future. At Cronic nothing was explained to me about the car. I had to figure it out for myself. I have excellent credit and the interest rate I had to finance was to high. I could finance through a local credit union with lower interest rates but would lose the Nissan discount. My salesman and finance manager just kept telling my I could refinance later. Who needs or wants to go through this hassle again? Any way you look at it they have got you. More

I've already shared my Cronic Nissan experience with friends as this has been, from the first phone call until the signature, the most pleasant car bu I've already shared my Cronic Nissan experience with friends as this has been, from the first phone call until the signature, the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had! Cronic Nissan team (Chris Hamilton) handled all of the details over the email and phone and had me in and out in no time at all. Financing team worked with me. Their first price was within a ball park where I wanted to be and there where no unreasonable negotiations. The entire team stayed almost 2 hours after dealership closed (officially) and at no time did I feel pressured or uneasy. Chris Hamilton sealed the deal! Honest, upfront, timely and accurate. Chris and the entire CRONIC team should be viewed as role models and standard for what all dealerships should be like! More
