GREAT Sales Staff -- Credit Dept. NOT SO MUCH! I would recommend James Higginbotham, to anyone looking for a vehicle. James is personable and wants to ensure you get what you want, with no pressur I would recommend James Higginbotham, to anyone looking for a vehicle. James is personable and wants to ensure you get what you want, with no pressure. Credit Dept. (Annando Jones) was a different experience. Paperwork was started during the day, while I was at work with the understanding that we would return at 5:30pm to complete the purchase. An interest rate was agreed upon. However, it was discovered that Mr. Jones had bumped rate up when he completed paperwork. Nothing could be done because he had closed out sale and gone for the night. My credit is good, so, it is not like a, higher, rate would be associated with my credit rating. The credit dept. gets percentage from car loans, so, it was to his advantage to increase. Sales have nothing to do with credit, this is, strictly, a credit deal. PLEASE GO SEE JAMES HIGGINBOTHAM - HE WILL TREAT YOU RIGHT. Just be CAREFUL when you work out the loan! More
