Prompt Friendly Service I had been to a few other dealerships before I came to Cronic Nissan, and my experiences at other dealerships were not great. Being in sales myself I I had been to a few other dealerships before I came to Cronic Nissan, and my experiences at other dealerships were not great. Being in sales myself I can be over critical of salespeople, but I also really appreciate great service experiences. I submitted some info online, and got a quick call back to set up a test drive. Ernest assisted me when I arrived, and I appreciated him getting me in both cars I was interested in quickly. He took his time explaining the features of both, and he was never in a hurry. Mind you I could not get to the dealership until 6pm, so I was greatful to not feel rushed. My expectation was that I would only have time for a test drive, but Ernest took care of everything and got me in my new car that night! All of the staff I engaged with were friendly and professional. It was a great car buying experience, and I will definitely recommend and use Cronic in the future. More
