Excellent Buying Experience I went into the dealership to purchase a used vehicle and only had a small budget to work with. James showed me several vehicles until I found one I l I went into the dealership to purchase a used vehicle and only had a small budget to work with. James showed me several vehicles until I found one I liked, unfortunately I couldn't get financing for that car. (Hard to get financing on used vehicles) so James worked hard with the financing trying to find a solution to get me into a vehicle that day. Luckily my credit score was high enough to get financing for a new car and James worked with me until we agreed on a payment I could afford. I drove out that day in brand new car and love it. Never had a dealership work so hard to help me to purchase a car. I will be back for my next purchase and would recommend Croni Nissan to anyone looking for a vehicle More

Finance was a different matter, I was told I was being given 24 months free oil changes My salesman was very good, very helpful and not pushy at all. Finance was a different matter, I was told I was being given 24 months free oil changes and tire rotation when I’m reality was was charged $295 for these services. He also pushed an extended warranty that I did not want on me and charged 12% interest for it. More

No so good The sales department was very good. The service department was NOT. The Car was bought from y'all with a warranty. First they rejected working on t The sales department was very good. The service department was NOT. The Car was bought from y'all with a warranty. First they rejected working on the car, saying I'd have to go to the Ford dealer. Then it would cost $105 diagnostic charge. IF it was covered then they would fix it. I was furious. Waited for the sales office to open. After a sales person straightened them out. They spent about 20 minutes checking it out. About 2 hours later I was told the compressor had to be ordered. I got a loaner car. I returned to pick the car up. Then it was the wrong compressor. Kept the loaner car another day. We had to bring the car back on Monday because the lower shroud was hanging loose. My wife had to loose a day from work. While waiting, other customers were complaining about the service too. I'm even wondering if it was the compressor that went bad. Sorry, I can't recommend the service department. More

I have a 2017 Maxima Platinum which is my 5th car from Cronic. I live in Macon, Ga. but always go to Griffin for my Nissans. I get the best deals there and amazing service.
