Terrible service: Oil Change & New Battery My battery died last week while I was running errands. I called Nissan Dealership in Griffin, where I purchased my Frontier truck, asked for service d My battery died last week while I was running errands. I called Nissan Dealership in Griffin, where I purchased my Frontier truck, asked for service dept. I told them my battery died and if it was covered under Warranty. The lady said it was & it was. At that moment I inquired if I needed to order one & make an appointment for one so I could take it in. She then said no, they have them instock & it was an Express Service so all I needed was to show up anytime. I proceeded to tell her I was on my way. I arrived less than 40 minutes later. I drive into Service Dept Express area & walked up to a Customer Service Rep standing at a computer, Brian Tolliver. I explained why I was there & that I called earlier for a new battery & oil change. He proceeded to tell me I could not get a new battery but the oil change could be done. Explained how important it is for me to leave with a new battery b/c I need my vehicle for work & I cant be asking people to jump start my vehicle for me. Not that I had to explain that to him or anyone, bottom line I needed it replaced. He said it was not a big deal, he’s done it before and it wasn’t that bad. I was FLOORED! He said their machine to test batteries was not in service & therefore he could not give me a new battery. Again, I stressed how important it is for me & I couldn’t leave w/o one & I need to speak to a supervisor if necessary. He excused himself & walked away. Returned quickly to say they had another machine he was not aware of & would get the battery for me. 40 mins later he told me 3 more times he could not give me a battery b/c the machine didn’t work. I Looked @ him & said fine, he said he had to make me understand he couldn’t give me a battery w/o testing it & getting the reading from the machine b/c it would reflect bad on him, on his personnel file. I’m very dissatisfied with the service there & would rather not ever return than to deal with Brian Tolliver. After over an hour the battery was tested/replaced & I was finally able to get out of there. More

Never have I gotten bad service nor unfriendly service from Chronic Nissan. I'm so glad I changed to this location to get my vehicle serviced. And when I get ready to upgrade my vehicle, I'll be purchasing from them as well. More

Very well treated by courteous service personnel. Part had to be ordered and I traded vehicles before repairs could be made. Will definitely use Cronic service department in the future. At first, we could not get the numbers where we needed them to be, so we ended up leaving with nothing. The next day I receive an email from Jason not only with the two vehicles that we wanted, but the numbers cheaper than we anticipated. We were able to come back and get both vehicles that we wanted. He went above and beyond with his GM to work numbers in our favor. If you need a vehicle, ask for Jason. He will go above and beyond to do what he can to help you. Thank you so much. More
