Good experience during the sale. Salesperson was knowledgeable and patient. Maintanance service, by luxury brand standards, is below expectations. Unless you wait onsite it can take several days to have service completed. Mark was great but communication from other techs was disappointing. Getting a loaner car can also be a hassle. Unlike other brands you are charged for the gas if you dont refill tank and warned against "excess" mileage. I once tried their valet. I avoided tolls getting home but was charged for the tolls the driver used getting back to the dealership w/o me even being in the car. Service costs are also a bit higher than going outside the dealership but that's expected and a necessary cost to ensure Volvo standard parts and limit "finger pointing" hassles down the road. More
