It's never fun having a car 'issue' hit you on a Monday morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Cre morning, just after coming come from a vacation. So learning I had a DOA battery in my nearly 4.5 yr old QX 50 .. well... thankfully Troy Dunn of Crest Infiniti takes EXCELLENT care of me. Once the logistics were worked out, my car was jump-started, I drove straight to the dealership and my battery was replaced under warranty. It took a few hours but, grateful for the service Troy, Crest & MPP provided! More

Customer service was at times exceptional and other times just fair. My vehicle was in the service center 45 days. At first, the customer service was exceptional with regular updates provided and the service just fair. My vehicle was in the service center 45 days. At first, the customer service was exceptional with regular updates provided and the service advisor went above and beyond regarding a special circumstance regarding the loner vehicle. But after about two weeks, the updates stopped and I had to call them to determine the status of repairs. The service advisor only reached out to me when I needed to provide my maintenance records for the warranty company. The valet service to return my car to me was wonderful. The loaner vehicles provided were greatly appreciated. I had to take the car back for service for the same issue two days later. When I called to tell the advisor I was bringing the vehicle back as it was having the same issue, he tried to discourage me from bringing it back stating “it just needs to re-learn your driving style.” When I got to the service center, the service was again exceptional but I was told I would be contacted with the diagnostic information later that day but again received no updates except if I called them to determine advisor. My car was at the service center 10 days. The process of returning the loaner and picking up my car was exceptional quick and easy, the staff were all professional and welcoming. More
