Following a thorough search, I identified a vehicle of interest at Crest INFINITI. I initiated contact through the dealership's form, and a salesperson promptly responded. Due to a prior travel commitment interest at Crest INFINITI. I initiated contact through the dealership's form, and a salesperson promptly responded. Due to a prior travel commitment, I arranged to visit the dealership upon my return. The day after my return, I contacted the salesperson to confirm my readiness to view the vehicle. Throughout my absence, I was informed that the vehicle was undergoing service and would be prepared upon my arrival. However, after a two-hour drive to the dealership, I discovered that the vehicle was not ready. The staff indicated that tire replacement and detailing were still pending, despite having had a week to complete these tasks. Our time at the dealership extended to several hours, during which no effort was made to address the outstanding work. We repeatedly declined extended service offers, specifically a detailing package, as the two-hour distance made such perks impractical. Despite my explanations, the dealership insisted on transporting the vehicle for the necessary work. After approximately five hours at the dealership, I was compelled to depart without the purchased vehicle. I have yet to receive an update regarding its readiness. Furthermore, I have been informed that I will be expected to make another four-hour round trip to retrieve the vehicle. This experience has left me with a very negative impression, and I will not be returning to this dealership. I have observed that Sewell INFINITI demonstrates a higher standard of customer care. It is particularly disheartening that while valet service was offered for a paid detail package, the dealership was unwilling to extend the same courtesy for the delivery of the vehicle I had already purchased. Sales process was pleasant and streamlined. The entire staff was courtuous, helpful, communicative, and laid back. Miles was very patient and helpful while we shopped with our 3 kids under 4 The entire staff was courtuous, helpful, communicative, and laid back. I also appreciated receiving a fair price on my trade it, without having to haggle or argue my case. All and all a great experience and really enjoying our new vehicle. More

Love the car. Worst experience ever after agreeing on cost. We were running out of time to do finance to set an appointment at 9:30 the next day. Said it would take max an hour since we would have our kids, and they didn't even get to us until 10:30 making it 2 hours. On the way there they called and said a sensor wasn't working so we would have to take a rental and have it delivered, fine. Next day it was brought and wasn't cleaned and detailed and waxed like they agreed, it was dirty. Then when they left they didn't leave the key and had to send an uber back with the key. On top of that the finance girl (who was great during the process) said she would send an email of all of the coverage and benefits we were getting as well bc so many things were getting lost in translation. We had to email call text, everything about 5 times until we ever got a response. Just the worst follow through ever once they had us locked in on payment. Again we love the car and customer was amazing, until we paid and then it went to crap. More
