I fell in love with cars when I was 5 with my Hot Wheels set, and RCs. This passion carried with me into my adult life, and I found myself with Crest. I never saw this job as a car sales job, but as my dream job working in the automotive business, to be a GM, or an owner. Crest Infiniti and my sales consultant Rachell Hernandez as well as the other team members involved in our 2026 QX80 deal was fantastic. For the longest time, I felt that the dealer networks were not eager as well as the other team members involved in our 2026 QX80 deal was fantastic. For the longest time, I felt that the dealer networks were not eager to provide good customer service due to high demand, but this team proved me wrong. I was able to get a fair deal and have great customer service. They took the time to look over everything and complete the process in the late afternoon to deliver their promise. Great job everyone! More

Great experience. Purchased a car and second key fob is not programmed to the car. The manual key does not fit the door.
