David Whyte was great to get us into the vehicle we wanted. This is not where our day was planned. He showed it to us and we were happy with everything so we proceeded. Everything went well. This was a 32nd anniversary gift for my wife and she was thrilled. This is my 4th or 5th leasing experience with Crest. This one was the most efficient one I've had. All questions answered. The process went very smoothly. I didn't feel pressured to include unwanted "add ons" (which was not necessarily the case in the past). I started the process by filling out the needed info on Crest's website for the lease return process. I include what I was looking forward (even the stock number for the car I wanted). And within minutes I had an email indicating that work had started on my new quote. A followup phone call with the needed info came within an hour. I was offered the opportunity to do everything online, and have the car delivered, but I opted to go to the dealership and fill out the paperwork. Thumbs up to everyone I met, and interacted with during the process. More

Great experience. We ran out of time due to previous commitment and had to come back the following day to sign the paperwork, I asked them to get us out under an hour We ran out of time due to previous commitment and had to come back the following day to sign the paperwork, I asked them to get us out under an hour and we were in and out in 45 minutes, The entire staff we dealt with is the best of the best and it's a very nice dealership with giant bistro and customer service center. Crest infinity was very nice facility. The buying experience was easy. The wait was a little long to get to finance though.. the only complaint I had was that the vehicle only came with on The buying experience was easy. Now I have to spend $500 to get another key. More
