The service provider worked with me to find a replacement part that was not available from Infiniti. I was disappointed that the part was not available from Infiniti for a 14 year old car. They picked up our vehicle and returned it to us for our first maintenance appointment, which was incredibly convenient. When a small detail was overlooked, a service manager (Dustin) personally called both of us and immediately arranged for someone to drive to our home to take care of it. The inventory on the lot was very well maintained, you will find new and used vehicles all in superior condition. Everyone we met with from sales, management, service and finance were all extremely eager to help make this the best (and fastest!) it could be. All in all, it was the customer service experience you would hope to get from a luxury car dealership, but I left still feeling like I got a great deal on my vehicle and that I didn't have to spend more to be part of their club.
