Shady to say the least I bought an as is car paid cash and that was the beginning of my problems I bought a used Ford Focus and if i knew then what I know now i never would I bought an as is car paid cash and that was the beginning of my problems I bought a used Ford Focus and if i knew then what I know now i never would have walked on the lot. Seeing it was as is bought a small warranty. I know those salesmen must know what the condition of the used cars are so they can still make a sale. To put it all in a nut shell the car stopped after 2 days i am out of 1225 dollars and the warranty could not be used and they told me I may not be able to use it. I have never even got a call back to ask me about the car but it's ok I have steered a couple of potential customers to other places. I will never recommend Crest Honda to any one except to not go More
Fabulous Customer Service; Overall, a Wonderful Experience We loved Crest Honda and everyone we came into contact with! Our salesperson was Nate Allen, and he was absolutely fantastic and upfront about pricing We loved Crest Honda and everyone we came into contact with! Our salesperson was Nate Allen, and he was absolutely fantastic and upfront about pricing, options, features, etc. It only took about an hour to shop, test drive, and price out a vehicle. The price that they gave us was well below what we expected and there was no negotiation involved. Honestly, our experience couldn't have been better. Unfortunately, we liked a Nissan model better, so we eventually purchased from a competing dealership. Our experience there was absolutely terrible and we wished that we could have given Crest Honda our business. Whenever we are in the market for another car, we will return! More
I bought my very first new car today. I went in with the "i just wanna look" mentality. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted and made to feel welcomed. Michi was so laid back, honest, accommodating, and did "i just wanna look" mentality. As soon as i arrived, i was greeted and made to feel welcomed. Michi was so laid back, honest, accommodating, and did all she could to work the numbers in a way that i couldn't resist. I traded in my 2003 CRV for a brand new Honda Civic EX...AND was able to negotiate a 2% interest rate. I had previously gone to Action Nissan, they tried to give me 500$ for my CRV and tried to sell me the Juke with a 8% interest rate...talk about low-balling! Michi at Honda will definitely receive my business again. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Forget Carmax...Crest is the way car-buying should be!!! More
Unbelievable experience. I had no idea what I wanted to do or what I wanted to get. I had stellar customer service from start to finish. Todd Eifert was amazing. I could not have done this without him. He do or what I wanted to get. I had stellar customer service from start to finish. Todd Eifert was amazing. I could not have done this without him. They are friendly but are rip offs. They say they will do things then go Completly against it. This place will not keep their word. I bought a truck and they state the price on the vehicle is no haggle and a things then go Completly against it. This place will not keep their word. I bought a truck and they state the price on the vehicle is no haggle and all dealer ship fees are included but then they tried too charge me 4000 over the sticker price. I had to get them to clean it twice on the inside and it was still dirty. The truck had scratches all over it and they stated they would buff them out and touch up the paint and detail it if I could bring it back in a few days. So I did and when I got it back the truck wasn't even washed. And the scratches are still there. I was told that there wasn't enough in the truck for them to do it and if I wanted the paint redone I would have to pay for it. So I payed 17000 for the truck and spent $50 in gas to come back when I can just do what was done my self for less. I would not recommend them to any one. More

i paid cash for the vehicle i purchased there. once they got the money, any concerns i had were cast aside like trash. when i made the initial purchase, i informed them i was purchasing this specific vehic got the money, any concerns i had were cast aside like trash. when i made the initial purchase, i informed them i was purchasing this specific vehicle to drive across the country nine weeks from that day. it took seven weeks and four visits to get my license plate. they continued to tell me i was at the mercy of the state, but when i finally started dealing with the general manager, he picked up the phone and had it the next day. when i asked him how i would be compensated, he offered a gift card to a grocery store. when i told him that would not suffice, he said, "then we're done. have a good day." and walked away. you have been warned. Take a second. Imagine this: You have your current car Take a second. Imagine this: You have your current car serviced at the dealership and a few weeks later you get a call from a representative at the Take a second. Imagine this: You have your current car serviced at the dealership and a few weeks later you get a call from a representative at the dealership wanting to make sure your experience was a good one. You tell them the truth and say, "Yes." The woman on the other end proceeds to ask you about your vehicle and you respond, again, truthfully... "How many miles does it have? [135,000] Are you experiencing any problems with the vehicle? [No] Have you always had it serviced with Crest Honda? [Yes, with the exceptions of a few oil changes.]" (So on and so forth.) She then tells you that they are in need of extremely similar vehicles on their used lot and asks you, "Would you be interested in upgrading to a new vehicle if your monthly payments stayed the same?" You respond, "Sure, I would be interested in hearing our options, but really, we're happy with our car now so it's not absolutely necessary." She continues to set up an appointment at the dealership, you agree, you and your spouse arrive early with an open mind. On the day of the appointment, you are greeted by a salesman who asks how he can get you into a new car today. You reiterate that Honda enticed you to come down there and consider an upgrade, but you're happy with your vehicle so it would have to be a pretty sweet deal to close on an offer. The salesman shows you some options, you test drive a couple of cars and decide to make an offer on a new vehicle. The salesman agrees and then introduces you both to the Financial Manager who agrees that he can keep your monthly payments the same! For almost four hours you are making calls, agreeing on monthly payments, SIGNING FINAL PAPERS WITH THE MANAGER (who, mind you, is signing them too), swapping over personal items from your old car to your new one, TRADING KEYS and finalizing the deal. At the end of your appointment, you drive away in a brand new car with the carbon copies of your mutually signed contracts and bank agreements in the dashboard. The next day, you're driving around as if you normally would but this time, in a new car you're falling in love with. Your cell phone rings later that evening; it's the Financial Manager at Crest Honda. After a brief introduction he tells you, "I'm sorry to tell you this but the financial side of things with your new car has changed. We no longer can honor the agreed upon monthly payments and hope that you'll be okay with the $104 a month increase on your bill." You are floored, you are pissed, you are confused and you are literally forced to bring back your new car unless you can either, "Pay the adjusted monthly amount," or "Provide a 3k down payment to lower the monthly cost back down," to what you agreed upon the night before. What do you do now? Report them to the BBB and seek legal advice as to how to handle the situation. This is exactly what my husband and I are stuck doing right now. IF THE TABLES WERE TURNED and after signing final papers, the next day you decide to call Crest Honda and say something like, "I'm sorry, I don't want to pay for this new car anymore. Can I have my car back?" They, like any dealership or seller, would have laughed in your face. It wouldn't be an option for you. So how is it an option for them? I will NEVER do business with Crest Honda ever again and I highly suggest YOU take YOUR business elsewhere. More
