Also they let me know that my brake pads were low which helped me avoid getting new rotors by catching it beforehand. Overall very good service and very friendly. Buying and searching for a car made simple My experience there was quite surprising, at first we were optimistic about this dealership because this was our 5th dealership within a 3 weeks perio My experience there was quite surprising, at first we were optimistic about this dealership because this was our 5th dealership within a 3 weeks period. But Nate made us felt comfortable and no pressure sales tactic like the others have been. Crest Honda does live up to there "No Hassle, True Price Promise." Nate even showed us the break down of what we have ask for which was the invoice/sale price of the vehicle that we were interested in. No gimmick, no tricks, just what we wanted in a dealership all along. Also we had our 2 children with us, he even toke the time to make sure that they were comfortable as well during our there. When we had to leave to get lunch and talk about the car to make sure we were making the right decision, there were no pressure from him or his managers to buy the car at that very moment unlike other dealership we dealt with. Thank you Nate for being a salesman as we should of expect and knowing that we did made the right decision of buying the car from Crest Honda and feel good about driving off your lot. Crest really lived up to their "No Hassle, True Price Promise." My salesperson, Nate D.Allen, made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Nate is a sales professional. Nate answered all my questions and I truly feel he understands the meaning of customer service. I will recommend Nate to all my friends when it comes to buying a Honda! Corey Mooney in the Finance Department was very helpful in explaining my finance options and also helped me with transferring the car tags from a previous car to my new Civic. Several times during the car buying process at Crest, different members of the management team would simply stop by and ask if there was anything I needed or how they could be of help. I really feel that these folks were truly interested and not just looking to sell me a car. If you think this review is just some "fluff review" that would be incorrect. I've purchased over 10 Honda cars in my life and this is the first review I've ever written. I wish all car buying experiences could be this positive.
