He was energetic, truthful and sang a wonderful song to my old Honda Accord. The other staff were also very helpful in closing the sale. Only in Nashville would you have a song written and performed in honor of your old car. Happy New Year! More

Crest rea Buying a car is not a process that I usually look forward to in any way. My recent experience with Crest Honda was exceptional in many ways. Crest really lived up to their "No Hassle, True Price Promise." My salesperson, Nate D.Allen, made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. Nate is a sales professional. Nate answered all my questions and I truly feel he understands the meaning of customer service. I will recommend Nate to all my friends when it comes to buying a Honda! Corey Mooney in the Finance Department was very helpful in explaining my finance options and also helped me with transferring the car tags from a previous car to my new Civic. Several times during the car buying process at Crest, different members of the management team would simply stop by and ask if there was anything I needed or how they could be of help. I really feel that these folks were truly interested and not just looking to sell me a car. If you think this review is just some "fluff review" that would be incorrect. I've purchased over 10 Honda cars in my life and this is the first review I've ever written. I wish all car buying experiences could be this positive. Thanks again to Nate, Corey and the Crest Honda management team. Job Well Done!! More

Because I don't like to sit in the dealership for hours and wait, I made an appt. But. I still ended up sitting in the dealership FOR THREE HOURS. I suppose the point of making the appointment is so that I could know exactly when I'd sit at the dealers for 3 hours. Very convenient. I'll be sure to plan for that next time. But that isn't the worst part. Although the receipt said they had washed my car and checked my tire pressure, I got into the car to find: a still very dirty car AND the tire pressure monitoring system alert was plainly lit--exactly the same as it was when I drove the car in. I'm no mechanic--but the light tells me that no one bothered to check my tire pressure. So, after 3 hours of sitting at the dealership, I didn't even get the service I paid for. The services that they had the gall to list as completed on the receipt. Maybe someone just "forgot" to wash the car. But its not possible that someone just "forgot" to check the tire pressure. That is a routine part of a standard service. People don't forget to do something that they do everyday. Unless, of course, cutting corners is exactly what you do, everyday. Makes you wonder what else they didn't do. The icing on the bitter cake? They don’t much seem to care. I complained to customer service. I got the canned reply that “my feedback was important and they will be sure to contact me.” Of course, that never happened. I sent an email directly to Troy Conyer, the service manager. Do you know what kind of response I've gotten? NONE. I don’t mean ‘not the response I’d like.’ I mean NO RESPONSE AT ALL. So. If you want people who routinely cut corners, lie about services rendered, and then can't even be bothered to make things right, then Crest Honda is the place for you. More

Our salesman, Nate Allen, the "official singing salesman," was up-front, genuine, and let us control the pace of our car buying experience. He also jammed out on the guitar for us while we were waiting for our paperwork to process. I'd definitely buy a car from them again! More

I made it up there and Nate was extremely friendly and jovial despite it being nearly time to call it a day. I didn't feel rushed but rather welcome. Nate offered me a drink or a snack and we chatted about what I was interested in and we set out to find my new car. Nate listened intently and was an active listener as well as a very talented conversationalist. He made the entire process painless and actually entertaining. Buying a car with him was in fact a pleasure. I will most assuredly advise my friends and family that if they are in search of a quality car and a stressfree interaction with a saleperson then they should seek out the services of Nate and Crest Honda. Crest Honda's "Official Singing Salesman"!!! I recently traded in my vehicle in Virginia and had a fair trade-in and good customer service. BUT after seeing Crest Hondas' "OFFICIAL SINGING SALES I recently traded in my vehicle in Virginia and had a fair trade-in and good customer service. BUT after seeing Crest Hondas' "OFFICIAL SINGING SALESMAN" on facebook....I WISH I could have had that kind of UNIQUE car buying experience!! He is dedicated to not only selling you a car but learning about the customer and identifying all their needs both within the car and financially speaking...genuinely caring for the customer and not trying to pull a fast one. Providing quality services with respect and dedication and no pressure. And on top of that...like I said...its the experience...seen so many posts where Nate D. Allen sings song requests from the customer...gives away free hot wheel cars to kids and even does origami! No one would forget the "Official Singing Salesman" car buying "experience"!! I would def recommend Crest Honda and the Official Singing Salesman to anyone in the Nashville area looking to buy a car!!! More
Used car already cost us $1000 in repairs We purchased a 2006 Altima just 6-8 weeks ago from Crest. Today we dropped $1000 on a new radiator and sensor. If they tell you the car looks GREAT We purchased a 2006 Altima just 6-8 weeks ago from Crest. Today we dropped $1000 on a new radiator and sensor. If they tell you the car looks GREAT and provide you with a bunch if garbage on how well the car will run, I suggest you get a second opinion. I will never recommend or purchase a car from this company again. Extremely disappointed. More
Bad Price, not trustworthy. Typical Car dealer Crest Honda: So the first time I stepped onto a lot was Crest Honda. (866) 980-4093 My points of contact were Rick Quarles (Sales Manager) rick.quarles@cresthonda.net My initial impression of them was an extremely typical car dealership. They gave me a high price, and talked up the features, they made me wait while they talked to their boss. They did all the little tricks they could think of to make it seem like a better deal while not actually making it a better deal. I got pretty close to walking out pretty quickly. I just thought there had to be a better way to do it, and I refused to buy something from someone I didn't at least partially trust. But when I did start to leave, they brought a sales manager over to help try and close. And that's when it went from bad to worse. Not only was he trying to be slick - he was condescending as well - and that irritated me. His direct quote to me was: "Go home and do your due diligence". I chuckled - thanked him for his time. Somewhere during the conversation the associate told me I wouldn't find a lower price - and that even if I did, they would match it. Later on I came back to him with a lower offer and he said: "We wish you luck". You could just genuinely tell they were not interested in giving me a good deal in any form or fashion. In the process of doing my due diligence, Trickett honda cut off 2.5k from the price of the car. So... kinda glad he was snide to me. More
