(New Car) The process was rushed the vehicle was not cleaned to standard and had to go back to be cleaned again. There were dents and scratches on the hood. scratch on the inside driver door, charging p cleaned to standard and had to go back to be cleaned again. Disorganized in the waiting room. When I pulled up to the service center, no one helped me immediately. Jenner finally did but didn’t do what I asked. I wanted an oil change and a tir When I pulled up to the service center, no one helped me immediately. Jenner finally did but didn’t do what I asked. I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation. The tire rotation wasn’t done. He didn’t trust that the oil and oil filter I brought were correct which is ridiculous. On top of that, an oil change took FOUR HOURS. That’s absolutely asinine, especially considering I scheduled an appointment for my service. Will not be going back. More
Everyone in the lobby had appointments from 7 am and we’re still waiting for their vehicles at the 4:00 pm mark: I drove six hours for an ooen house showing bevause your staff wouldn’t be honest and kep we’re still waiting for their vehicles at the 4:00 pm mark: I drove six hours for an ooen house showing bevause your staff wouldn’t be honest and kept saying “10-15 minutes” every half our to everyone. Manager said Saturday was half staff and was to blame for the delay, which is irrelevant/ tell people a realistic time line so we can live our lives. I missed my house and won’t be a candidate now. No reason an oil change should take 5 hours, could have went to Walmart and been out in 30 minutes. Do better. More

This store needs help. Observations… -Advisor was nice enough but was rushed. -No MPI at checkin -No offer of how best to contact me. (Phone, text, email) -Cursory attempt at listening to my issues. I did plenty of research regarding the issue I was having and basically knew what the fix was. (Software update) -Status updates were adequate after I called in first to check on status. -Problem was not completely resolved-one was, one wasn’t. (In fairness, the software update server at Ford Motor was down…not the dealer’s fault) -I was informed that the software update that would fix my problem would be billed for 3 hours at $220.00 per hour once the system came back up. Never going to happen. (Technician plugs into it and goes away while it loads…checks on update occasionally.) -$220.00 initial diagnostic fee charged for a known SSM issue so I paid $238.00 for a state inspection.(Emissions diagnostic machine wouldn’t communicate with OBD on F150.) -I paid at cashier in store and promptly received two more emails requesting I pay online…with two different amounts. When I called and left VM to clear this up I never heard back. It’s obvious that this store has more business than they need. It won’t always be that way and people have long memories. Hello independent service businesses! This store is leaving money on the table and I won’t return. More
