Heard from FordPass twice by phone. Nothing from Covert. Technology still troublesome. Cannot change radio station while navigation in use without stopping. Made clear desire to minimize finance expense, as well as wish to push payoff into next year, suddenly vehicle didn't qualify for "special finance rate which got me shopping again. Was assured we would made the Technology work. Even returned on Monday to cancel deal. Was calmed and told "we'll get it straighten out". That was the last contact we had, other than a reply to extended email with pictures of the "infotanment" aggravation. Bad deal after working like xxxx to find a truck with a towing capability. Too many salesperson seem to thing a tow hitch is a tow "package". More

The service advisor worked was great to work with but the service center itself is terrible. You make a reservation/appointment to get your service done, but it means nothing, per the employees there. Covert service center itself is terrible. It took 2.5 hours to get a simple oil change when I had an appointment to do so. More

Very good dealer overall but the mechanic did a sloppy job on my tire patch in June and the patch was leaking on Aug 15 again. I got the Maverick to the shop again and this time Covert had a better mechan job on my tire patch in June and the patch was leaking on Aug 15 again. I got the Maverick to the shop again and this time Covert had a better mechanic. This mechanic informed me that last patch was faulty and he did a better job fixing the problem. However, I had to pay again for the work. Essentially I paid twice for the same job. Had to give a 1 on this job but overall they are a very good dealer. More
