Still waiting on response from transmission issues from last time when guys were backed up or short handed (Fred Price SM). Kept my truck once for 6+ weeks didn’t resolve much, most of the time it was parked in a lot off Riata Trace Parkway (have tracker on Ford app) when I asked no one would answer, asked Wendell about it and he just shook his head & said they are working on it. I purchased a 2018 Chevy 1500 form this dealership and I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since day one. I drove off the lot and the oil leaked out in such a steady stream I immediately drove have had nothing but problems with the vehicle since day one. I drove off the lot and the oil leaked out in such a steady stream I immediately drove back to the dealership. They keep the truck for 2-3 days in order to fix it. Now I am having a probable with the stabilizing tracking system and the dear shifting on the dash not lighting up to notify the driver of what gear the truck is in. I will NEVER recommend or refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. The sales person I worked with Brad Townsend is not even listed on their Sales Dept. list. More
