We left this dealership feeling extremely frustrated. I had an appointment for 7am and dropped the truck off at that time. We were told the tech staff would be able to inspect and address our concerns th I had an appointment for 7am and dropped the truck off at that time. We were told the tech staff would be able to inspect and address our concerns that day, but we didn’t hear anything from them (and it’s my understanding that nobody even looked at the truck) until 9am the next day. We tried calling 5-6 times and got no response. Once we figured out what was wrong with the truck they wanted to charge $2000 for the repairs. We left (after paying $220 for the diagnosis when we told them exactly what the problem was) and did the repairs ourselves in 2-3hrs for $500 in OEM parts. When we were doing the work we also found that many plastic fasteners were missing from various plastic cover plates in and around the front end of the truck. Overall, these guys are negligent, over-priced, and unresponsive. If you have the choice, take your vehicle somewhere else. We will not be returning. More

Very happy from start to finish. Chris, the sales rep who worked with me, was VERY helpful in finding the exact car I wanted. And I know it took a lot of searching!
