Car kept for 1 month. Tint repair was communicated to service dept before the appointment but didn’t get approved until after being in shop for 3 weeks. The car was serviced and addressed within 24 hours. Only ask I have is to ensure we get a loaner car. also I happen to have a warranty program that assures of a loaner but was told its not available.
