My Bronco needed repair on it's manual transmission under warranty. The first time I took it in, it couldn't be repaired due to lack of parts and a transmission Tech. I had to remind the Service department warranty. The first time I took it in, it couldn't be repaired due to lack of parts and a transmission Tech. I had to remind the Service department before they got the parts in and rescheduled it. For this reason, it's only 4-Stars and not 5-stars. After it was rescheduled, I was given a loaner, and the repair as completed ahead of the promised date, with periodic updates. More
