In regards to the dealership I have had nothing but great service and customer satisfaction from the initial interaction with sales and thru ongoing service. The only negative with the car has to do with the service and customer satisfaction from the initial interaction with sales and thru ongoing service. The only negative with the car has to do with the radio/computer and that falls on Subaru corporate itself. It took a year to fix the Sirius portion of the radio which was a software issue. The car itself has been flawless and we have enjoyed it and will probably buy another Subaru. More
I have had really good experiences dealing with Courtesy until I needed to replace parts on my driver’s side mirror. We took the car down so that it could be eyeballed to determine exactly the parts we nee until I needed to replace parts on my driver’s side mirror. We took the car down so that it could be eyeballed to determine exactly the parts we needed. The parts were ordered and we paid for them then. My husband took the car down today as per our appointment and discovered the wrong parts were ordered and that I was going to have to pay $200 more as they ordered what was needed. Ordered what I wanted, albeit it took a while with the shipping with all the chip and shipping mess going on, it arrived in the morning, drove it home before close of business day. Service department needs a little bit of work estimating actual labor time, having to go back and forth and labor not completed. No worries as they provided the loaner and still got things done. More
