In regards to the dealership I have had nothing but great service and customer satisfaction from the initial interaction with sales and thru ongoing service. The only negative with the car has to do with the service and customer satisfaction from the initial interaction with sales and thru ongoing service. The only negative with the car has to do with the radio/computer and that falls on Subaru corporate itself. It took a year to fix the Sirius portion of the radio which was a software issue. The car itself has been flawless and we have enjoyed it and will probably buy another Subaru. More
I have had really good experiences dealing with Courtesy until I needed to replace parts on my driver’s side mirror. We took the car down so that it could be eyeballed to determine exactly the parts we nee until I needed to replace parts on my driver’s side mirror. My husband took the car down today as per our appointment and discovered the wrong parts were ordered and that I was going to have to pay $200 more as they ordered what was needed. Service department needs a little bit of work estimating actual labor time, having to go back and forth and labor not completed. No worries as they provided the loaner and still got things done. More
I was told I would be able to place a deposit to reserve a vehicle. I alerted other dealerships I was working with so as not to waste their time. Both sales & service are great. I got help getting an extended warranty which had expired. Plus the service department staff are always friendly, courteous, helpful, & service is fast. My husband and I were traveling, in a 32’ motorhome and towing our Subaru Outback, when he lost his key fob. Jamison, in the parts department was so kind and helpful. He ordered the replacement fob, walked me through what paperwork was needed to program the new fob, and even tried to help direct us with regards to where we could park our rig. The fob came in two days later, exactly when he said it would. The service department even got us in a day ahead of our scheduled appointment. They programmed the new fob and got us in and out within 45 minutes. Being tired from traveling, moving, and adapting to towing a car behind our new motorhome, we were grateful for this seamless experience. Thank you Courtesy Subaru. More
