I have been having a hard time trying to buy a newer vehicle. My options were running out I figured when I walked in there was going to be no way I would be driving away with a new car. But I was wrong everyone at Courtesy went out of there way to help me get a new car. I went in expected to be told I'm sorry not enough credit instead I drove away in my new 08 Tucson. Overall I am very pleased with the experience I had with Courtesy Hyundai. I had been to the dealership at least 3 times before making an actual purchase, but am pleased I decided in the end to buy from her Courtesy Hyundai. I was looking at several different makes and models, and jumping around from dealerships to Craigslist and back and forth. I found that the customer service at Courtesy was the best out of all of the other dealerships I went to around Providence. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Hyundai Sonata, certified used, awesome warranty, great price, and did I mention great customer service? More
Horrible experience. I was quoted rebates and when I finally went to purchase these rebates where not available the next day. Wish they knew their job. Angel was rushing me through the sales process. My mistake was I informed him I was paying cash. $$$ signs must of went off in his head. At one point he had me filling out purchase agreement and we didn't even go over pricing, discounts etc. I provided all info and was given a finance rate ( if I wanted to receive certain rebate I had to finance) so I financed minimum amount $5000.00 Then next day while I'm filling out agreement I am informed of a different rate. Um ok? no biggie, I'm paying it when the statement comes in anyways but I am still confused with all the disorganization and them not knowing these things in advance. I work in sales, my employees know the product, the current promotions and do not give false information. He was even holding a phone conversation while on the test drive, not work related. How does he even work in sales? It was so bad 2 months later when my mother was going to look at Hyundais I sent her to RT2. she also purchased cash. It's pretty bad when you have such a bad experience you send your mother to a totally different dealership. STAY AWAY. they don't deserve the business, especially in this economy. The customer should be treated w/ exceptional customer service. I dont even want to get started w/ Steve in financing! More

Went to Courtesy Hyundai over the President's Day weekend to buy a new Hyundai Elantra. I test drove the Elantra which was great - but the Veloster caught my eye as well. I took one of these out for a test to buy a new Hyundai Elantra. I test drove the Elantra which was great - but the Veloster caught my eye as well. I took one of these out for a test drive and fell in love with the sporty suspension and the HUGE panoramic sun roof - I was sold! My salesman Orlando Gomes was very friendly and helpful - no pressure and took the time to show me all the details of the Elantra and the Veloster. We did the normal haggle over trade and price of the car - and I was happy in the end with the deal based on the availability of these cars and the demand. Finance and Insurance went fine - it's nice when you have a 770 FICO in these times to get a good rate for a long term loan. The service is great here as well - they double the warranty from 10 to 20 years, and 100,000 to 200,000 miles if you have your service done at this dealership, which should be a no-brainer choice if you want extended coverage like that. I hope they are here in 20 years! Thanks to the entire team at Courtesy for making my car buying experience a very pleasurable one! Steve More
We stopped by Courtesy Hyundai just to "look" at the Sonata on the way home after a weekend in Newport. We had read such great reviews on this car and wanted to see first hand. We were warmly greeted by Orlando who took a great deal of time with us; especially when we were from the Cape. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. When we were about to leave Orlando's manager came out and introduced himself and thanked us for coming in......there was no high pressure sales tactics used and it was great. What a fabulous experience it was. I recommend that anyone who is interested in a new Hyundai stop into Courtesy...you will be glad you did. I love my new car!!!!!!!!! More
