I happened to call this dealership to see if they had a specific model and color in stock after I waited forever and ever for another dealership (Rte. 44 in Raynham) to produce it. These guys were quite good. I drove in and left driving my new car within 2 hours. Eric clued me in on some games that other dealers play (they ALL do to some degree IMO), and talked rather frank to me, but I'd rather get it straight up than get the shellacking you get other places. I would recommend Courtesy. Russ was very good, very knowledgeable. Thanks, guys. More
The only positive experience that I had while at this dealership was with Russ and the great deal they offered me. Russ was extremely helpful and took very good care of me. To make a long story short, I drove around for a week in my new car (2013 Hyundai Elantra) and I absolutely loved it, along with my financing terms. However, there was a miscommunication with my approval and the amount of money shown on my POI and the deal went sour. Upon going into the dealership to return my car, Mike and Eric both tried to work with me to fix the situation so I would not have to lose my new car. They pressured me to wait until the weekend was over; however I did not want to wait any longer to make this deal happen and did not feel comfortable trusting these guys with a promise that could fall through. I insisted that I was walking away and I left the dealership with no hard feelings. Unfortunately, upon going to another very trustworthy dealership (Hyundai of Newport) they were unable to process my approval from the bank. Apparently, the guys in finance at Courtesy Hyundai spitefully called the bank and basically told them that I lied on my credit app and about my income (which was, in fact, their own mistake). The bank then withdrew my approval at Hyundai of Newport. They completely sabotaged my ability to purchase a car and I will never send any family or friends to these sleazy two-timing men. Fortunately, I was able to score a deal with a much more reliable dealership in the end. More

This is the second car that I come to Courtesy Hyundai and purchase a car. I love their models and the prices too. I went into the deal expecting the typical haggling and xx you get from dealers about price, financing, etc. etc. Instead, they were nothing but helpful. They never tried to re-negotiate our agreed on price and the deal for the car was finalized quickly and with utmost professionalism and friendliness. In fact, they offered to try and find me better financing if I wouldn't mind waiting. I waited only 30 minutes and they had found a better rate for me than when I walked in with my own financing! It lowered my payments by about $40/month. This is the ONLY time in my life I've trusted a dealer implicitly. I've had the vehicle for 2 years now and have taken it to only them for all service. Free oil changes for life. Their "Courtesy for life" platinum program is free and fantastic. Virtually every visit results in no charge and there were occasions where they noticed something not quite right, went ahead and fixed the problem and charged me ZERO! This is a dealer you can be 100% confident just dropping off your vehicle and knowing it will be serviced properly and they will not try to screw you over with things it doesn't need, etc. They've proven their honesty and they've truly lived up to their "Courtesy" name. Their staff is top notch including both the sales and service areas. No pushiness. Just friendly, polite and professional every time. I can hardly believe I would ever be able to speak about a dealer like this, but for the first and only time in my life, I can. I highly recommend them! More

The only good thing about this dealership is Orlando and if he were smart he'd go elsewhere to work! When I spend $$$ I have a million questions and I'll be the first to admit a tough sell. I actually got hung up on by finance guy named Mike...he said "Listen I'm tired I've had a long day and I can't get you this deal anymore. I wanted it for the last day pf the month...it's too late now...Have a good day" (it was night by the way) and hung up in face. Seriously people if you're going to spend your hard earned dollars on a car...go elsewhere! More

After hearing our needs, she immediately went to work along with Steve in Financing, and put me into a great auto-overnight! In this fast-paced era we now live in, the folks at Courtesy Hyundai, especially Caroline, took the time to listen to us, never rushed us into making a decision, and offered us a great selection of vehicles to meet our needs. I feel that she genuinely wanted to help us, (her first priority), not to simply push us through and make a sale. I deal with a lot of people all over the country and internationally, and few seldom leave me with that feeling! As for Steve, he literally "jumped through hoops" considering the challenges facing us in getting approved for financing. The entire process was enjoyable and certainly not stressful. Believe me, the entire staff at Hyundai are superior, and have presented themselves in a professional and outstanding manner. I have spoken to several of their existing customers, asking them of their rating of this dealership and found them to be unanimous in rating them very high. After carefully reviewing a number of dealerships, including but not limited to Courtesy Hyundai, we looked at a brand new 2012 Veloster for my 80 yr. old Aunt, she loved it and was very particular ab including but not limited to Courtesy Hyundai, we looked at a brand new 2012 Veloster for my 80 yr. old Aunt, she loved it and was very particular about having a sunroof, and they looked high & low and found the PERFECT car with all the options and the color she preferred. She drove the car off the lot (too fast) and i am sure she will be resuming traffic ticket accumulation shortly! Orlando was GREAT! He was patient with an elderly client and explained everything about this little spaceship of a car. Everyone at Courtesy Hyundai was wonderful and I thank them for their professionalism & kindness!
