Excellent deal on car poor customer service after I knew exactly what I wanted. I got it for an EXCELLENT price. Been over 30 days and still don't have my registration. "hold on buddy. how much are we paying?" 4.quoted us rebates only to tell us next day he couldn't honor them and we need to finance to get any rebate. 5.very aggressive proving to us he only cared about a sale. how about knowing your job and telling us all this information on day one. I've been in sales my whole life so I understand how this works. most of the time financing looks and works better for the dealership.in my experience you usually get more when you pay up front. 6.we paid and had car shipped to us out of state. they sent the car to us without title so for a week we couldn't even retrieve the car from the lot out of state until we had title and could prove ownership. they stated they needed additional paperwork from us and were holding title RANSOM until they got it....true story.. they did cash my $25,000 check though ! very RUDE in process. omg. how about doing your job and making sure everything is complete while we were here in state. 7.charged us too much in taxes and we had to wait for a refund check 8.electric key for car failed soon.. had to have that fixed 9.car starter keeps failing. went there to fix it once. failed again. made appointment to fix it onlt to be told "no, well come to the car to check it" oh that would be great...but then what am I doing here? 10.bought tires $600 cash an d scheduled pick up time only to be told sorry we don't have. then rescheduled only to be told sorry we only have 2 of the 4 here. well again you took my money awfully quick 11.one tire damaged from a pot hole im assuming. they tried making us pay for the tire. I asked isn't there a warranty ? I got my truck tires from Bennys and received a warranty...they said oh yea there is . sorry don't worry about it." why do I need to know your job?" good thing or it would cost me $$ 12. paint flaking off car pretty bad in multiple spots. called within 3 years and was told its ok its documented. when we went down they said sorry 3 year warranty ran out 3 months ago. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! you said as long as its documented. the paint didn't start flaking off this bad in the last 3 months and there's rust showing how long its been coming off. now im told its going to be $1000 to paint LMAO and your only doing the spots that are peeling? well if its peeling im sure other spots are going to keep popping up.. obviously its a bad paint job. 13. my parents were looking to but 2 Hyundai's ...Cash... sent them else were that's how bad it was and is. we're looking to trade car in soon. but they are not going to get any of these 3 sales. 14. im sure theres something im forgetting. They were great to work with I enjoyed working with this dealer. I had previously gone to another local Hyundai dealer and he refused to take me out on a test drive without my wi I enjoyed working with this dealer.
