I was able to lease a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Ever get the feeling that someone completely screwed you over? That's the feeling I got from Eric DiPalma. He lied to my face about the MSRP of the vehicle, and when I pulled up the Kelley Blue Book stated value... he told me I was an idiot. Then I got transferred to Steve Sullivan, who is supposed to be the manager. Instead, it was just a trade between one greasy car salesman to another. He conned me into buying a car by showing me false paperwork. I am humiliated, embarrassed and regret ever choosing Courtesy Hyundai. I know car salesman are slimy, but Eric DiPalma and Steve Sullivan were the worst among all car salesman I encountered during my recent car buying experience across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Do yourself a favor, and if you see either of these guys, RUN. More
