Brought my 2008 Elantra (purchased from Courtesy in May 2008) back to the dealership for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation) and a couple of small issues (driver's side window making loud nois 2008) back to the dealership for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation) and a couple of small issues (driver's side window making loud noise when opened & fog light out). I booked my appointment online (very convenient) and was greeted quickly upon arrival. Wendell assured me that everything would be addressed and promised to let me know if the appointment would be more than an hour. My car was in & out of the dealership within an hour and all of my issues were taken care of on this visit. The window noise only required that the mechanism be greased and is now working perfectly again. I felt that the prices were fair and the service was attentive and quick. I've gotten all of my service performed at this dealership since purchasing my vehicle from them and always have a positive experience with the service staff. I would highly recommend their service department. More
This is my first time in this dealership and was hoping for a better experience. Sales people mostly standing around outside ogling customers, very uncomfortable feeling. Just went in to buy my second car from Courtesy. I was in a pinch because my trade was not running and I still owed on it. I also have a 2009 Elantra that I purchased new and have had serviced exclusively at Courtesy. The service is always done in a timely fashion and the service staff are polite and courteous. I went into the dealership to purchase a new car for my son and they were great! They gave me all of my options of cars that I could choose from since my credit was not all that good. They gave me time to look around without feeling like someone was looking over my shoulder and treating me like I was just another sale. A few days after I took the car home I even got a call to see how everything was going with my new car. I would definitely recommend Courtesy to anyone that is looking for a car. The finance guy didn't even know Hyundai's 2.9% financing promotion, and he got me a "great rate" at Citizens for 4.9%. He insisted that the 2.9% promotion didn't exist, until the Sales Manager showed him t promotion, and he got me a "great rate" at Citizens for 4.9%. He insisted that the 2.9% promotion didn't exist, until the Sales Manager showed him the internal paperwork. They also were supposed to register my new vehicle for me but never called me to tell me that it was ready. I had to call them, and they said they "lost my number". Funny how they had no trouble finding it when they called me after my first visit to see if I was still interested in the vehicle. Horrible, horrible sales staff and finance department! More
This dealer has repeatedly refused to fix problems and lied about whether they exist. They have also sent me home with no service when I have needed to have a recall taken care of. Plus the waiting room i lied about whether they exist. They have also sent me home with no service when I have needed to have a recall taken care of. Plus the waiting room is cramped and dirty. Unlike other car repair places that will take you come, give you a loaner, or at least provide WiFi in the waiting room, they provide nothing but a loud TV that is usually on QVC or Dora the Explorer and don't even heat the waiting room enough. Why go to a dealer that won't fix your car or even treat you right? More
