I was really happy with the service that my husband and I received buying our 2021 Ford Explorer. Jake was an amazing salesman. He never once pressured us into buying a car. We came in knowing what we wanted received buying our 2021 Ford Explorer. Jake was an amazing salesman. He never once pressured us into buying a car. We came in knowing what we wanted and he walked us through the steps. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and really does go above and beyond for his customers. I would recommend him to anyone that I knew looking for a Ford. We had a minor issue with one of the cupholders and Jake worked everything out to get it fixed for us. He took time out of his day off to pick my car up and meet me to return it when it was fixed. I couldn't thank him enough for that. It's truly appreciated! More
