GM Rafael River contacted me. We didn't agree, he felt his team did everything right and I felt I should be eligible for a refund on the second diagnostics charge with the same c We didn't agree, he felt his team did everything right and I felt I should be eligible for a refund on the second diagnostics charge with the same code. He made an ultimatum and let me know he will not be refunding me the diagnostics charge because he has to pay his mechanics and only if I let them work on their $1,100 recommendation he would be willing to take off 15%. I explained with everything that has happened I didn't feel comfortable working with his team, to email me his estimate until I figure out what I can do but I felt stuck. He got condescending and told me he was sorry that I didn't understand how things work, so I replied that I was sorry too that he is not doing a good job explaining it. I asked to speak to his manager and he said there was nobody above him, I pressed to speak to somebody else I could have better dialogue with and he said I can google that information. He then hung up on me. Later he emailed me a name and email: Charlie Swenson but won't finish the conversation and never sent me a revised estimate. Your car will need service at one point, this team does not show they have the care and communication and expertise to help you long-term. The dealership's team will give the same energy their leadership does to clients, I wish I would have read all the bad reviews other Nissan clients had with this team and GM to avoid this dealership. I'm at peace that I won't have to work with them anymore and will not be buying Nissan's in the future. More
The mechanic checked the Sway bars, and I needed to replace both front sway bar links. I was happy that he discovered that before I really had a problem. When I made my appointment, there was so much background noise that it was difficult to understand the person I was talking to. He had the call on speaker phone and I asked him to take me off of speaker phone but it was still difficult. I really liked the way you used to make appointments over the phone. Thank you for having tea available. When I found out that I had to have the sway bars replaced the tea made the wait a lot more pleasant. More
