Talk with BJ in the Service Department I brought my 200 NISSAN ALTIMA in for service in November l spoke with BJ. I had to leave my car overnight because of technical problem which the dep I brought my 200 NISSAN ALTIMA in for service in November l spoke with BJ. I had to leave my car overnight because of technical problem which the department spent a large amount of time on. They could not finish the repairs before they closed. BJ was very knowledgeable and explained the problem to me and Nissan paid for rental car for me until my car was done. They were very professional and BJ was a great help and very polite. Best Dealership In Chicagoland Area I have been coming to Continental Nissan since 1988 when I bought my first Nissan. It was a 1988 Maxima. This will be my 4th Nissan since 1988. I was having trouble with my 2004 X-Terra and had been trying to fix some major issues. I was hoping to just fix whatever was causing it to overheat, shake violently, and leak oil. My X-Terra was 12 years old. Since my finances are very tight I was trying to avoid a new car purchase. After hearing several mechanics tell me it needed everything from a new oil pan to a new engine I decided to just drive to Continental Nissan and ask the experts. Well after hearing it was probably going to just get worse I carefully came to the conclusion that I might need a new car. The staff pulled out all the stops and I finally settled on a 2016 Versa. Rafael Rivera, Mike Connolly, and Nick Fronimos went above and beyond to get me the lowest price possible since I am on a fixed income. These guys are the best of the best. I knew they would come through for me. I have never gone anywhere else because their customer service is 5 star. Thank you everyone for making me a happy lifetime Nissan fan.
