OZZIEROD78, our team has looked at your paperwork and the good news is that it reveals no one lied to you! The vehicle you purchased was $19,722, you also purchased the 'pulse' brake light and paid the destination fee which total the additional $2300. I'm not sure that knowing the difference will make you feel better in total. Again, our GM Rafael is available to speak with you regarding your concerns if you'd like to share more with him.

Good morning, thay is incorrect. The price on paperwork shows 22,000 and not 19,700. There is no itemized amount for a destination fee on my paperwork. Also, I was never asked about the"pulse brake light option" by the salesman. Im not even sure what that is. Either way, my paperwork doesn't show the proper agreed upon price of 19,700 so therefore, you are not practicing what you are advertising. If you would like to make this right, have your Manager Rafael give me a call so we can resolve this issue. If he doesn't call, I will continue to advise all the individuals I know and who I network with not to visit your dealership and others including on social media.
