I had an issue with my vehicle that qualified for a Nissan warranty repair. It was handled without haggling and in a prompt manner. As a young woman I often feel taken advantage of at dealerships/auto stores because I am not well educated on cars. In fact, I just went to this location for the first time because of multiple poor exp dealerships/auto stores because I am not well educated on cars. In fact, I just went to this location for the first time because of multiple poor experiences at other dealerships. This specific location I had the exact opposite experience. I absolutely love that they take a video during the multi-point inspection and explain everything to me and don’t try to confuse you, they explain it in layman’s terms. The video helped give me perspective to make the best decision for work that had to be done. The gentleman working the desk also helped explain to me everything as well. More
