Bad service We bought this vehicle the night before. They said they would get vehicle in for detail in the morning. I called at 1:30 to tell them I would be there We bought this vehicle the night before. They said they would get vehicle in for detail in the morning. I called at 1:30 to tell them I would be there by 6:30 pm. The Vehicle was not ready when I got there and I had to wait. Once they delivered it to me the change oil light started flashing when I started it. They assured me that the oil had been changed but they forgot to reset the light. Once I got home I found the right rear break and turn signal out. There was no quality in preparing this vehicle. I did complain about the wait after I found the light flashing, no one was very concerned that I was upset with the service. More

WALKED OUT WITH MY DREAM CAR I was in Phoenix and decided to check out the 2017 Maxima at Coulter Nissan. Miguel Avila was the salesman and the main reason I walked out with a ne I was in Phoenix and decided to check out the 2017 Maxima at Coulter Nissan. Miguel Avila was the salesman and the main reason I walked out with a new car. He treated me with respect, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He answered every question and explained in detail all the controls and options on the car. Although, I did not particularly care that the Coulter Value Package was mandatory, the price, including the CVP, was below any other dealership I had been in contact with. Since the purchase, Miguel has followed up with several phone calls to make sure I was comfortable with the car. Since I am from out of state, the paper work process was a little more involved, and I thought this might be a problem. However, within 2 weeks, I received all the paperwork necessary to register my car in my home state without any difficulty. More

I was a VIP at Coulter Nissan I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufactu I had to bring my 2007 Maxima to Coulter for a new transmission. Tyler in the service department went out of his was to get it covered under manufacturer warranty. They rented me a car to drive while mine was being repaired. They pulled the rental car up with a fresh wash, a full tank of gas and a bottle of water waiting for me. It doesn't sound like much but it was the sentiment that meant so much. From start to finish everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I literally felt like I was a relative of the dealership owner! I would recommend this service department to everyone and I will definitely be bringing my car back here for any future service that may be needed.
