My car needed its usual maintenance but while I was - rdowney14

My car needed its usual maintenance but while I was waiting, I received a text showing that my Rogue needed more work done to keep my car running well. I chose to do most of the repairs but have to wait to have the other repairs done next month. Everything was done within a decent amount of time, and my car runs really well now. The waiting area is comfortable and clean, and they always have coffee, donuts and water available for anyone visiting. The staff and service workers are friendly and professional.

Everyone from the manager to the salesman to the - Dnbluth

Everyone from the manager to the salesman to the financial manager was wonderful to work with. There was no haggling about the pricing or hard sales tactics. It was a friendly atmosphere to be in and actually quite a pleasant experience. I normally dread purchasing a new vehicle but this was a positive couple of hours spent. The car is beautiful and Ahmad has been extremely patient in teaching us the new technology. I have already recommend the dealership to friends!

I gave you a 5 as I know how important these surveys are. - jperez1977

I gave you a 5 as I know how important these surveys are. I really enjoyed the service I received from the young lady who helped me. She was kind, friendly, and delivered my vehicle. I did not appreciate the finance advisor, who appeared put off about my limited time availability and my questioning of the numbers not adding up. He was not helpful at all in determining the issue and referred me to the sales manager. Finally, when I received the vehicle, I was asked to resign paperwork, or I would not get the car because he forgot to include a $43 fee for my plates. Only because I am in the industry and wanted to be helpful did I not say never mind. If you make the mistake, you own it. I legally did not have to sign the paperwork and legally I would not be obligated to. Nor could you take the car, we had legally binding documents. I would advise having your ducks in a row going forward to avoid this with other people. Finally, forcing IKON on people who don't want or need something after being told this was not part of the sale price is trash. It is a dealer add on that the purchaser should be able to decline. I will not be activating this service. I do not want or need it.
