I recently went to Peoria Nissan for the second time in the last few months at their request , I received a call last week that they wanted to buy back my currently leased Vehicle. I was told by both Alexa the last few months at their request , I received a call last week that they wanted to buy back my currently leased Vehicle. I was told by both Alexa a salesperson and Isiah a manger over the phone that they could easily get me out of my lease early. I was explicitly clear I did not want to buy another vehicle but I would gladly turn my lease in early as they stated they really needed used Inventory. Alexa scheduled an appointment for me to meet her on Sunday at 9:15 am, when I arrived I was told that she wasn’t scheduled to come in until 11 but she never called to notify me of this. Isiah who said I could ask for him also was not available so I was sent to another sales guy. He was great and helpful however when he looked up the appointment the notes stated I was interested in trading my truck in for a new lease or purchase which I was clear was not the case. Aside from wasting and disrespecting my time It was stated I could not get out of my lease early without basically paying the remaining lease payments which is much different than what I was told when I was called. I entertained the idea of trading because the manager I was dealing with stated they would.pay my entire lease buyout in full with no negative equity. After reviewing the paperwork multiple times it turns out they were paying off my vehicle however they were actually raising the price of the vehicle above the sticker price to cover the cost and trying to hide it. The manger looked me in the eye and lied multiple times then provided me the paperwork which I still have proving my accusation, even the salesman acknowledged that is what they were doing. Don’t trust this dealership this is the second time they have pulled this shady sales practice. They are extremely dishonest and to top it all of after that appointment I receives 2-3 calls per day for the following 3 days that were basically prank calls where I answer and they just sat there not saying anything or they left voicemails that were them just having a conversation but actually not leaving a message. Buyer beware do not buy from this dealer ever, they even misinformed and misled me when I originally leased the vehicle. More

My car was being serviced by Peoria Nissan. I received a call from the sales team to come and look at the possibility of a new car. I told them I wasn't shopping for a new car but I would cer I received a call from the sales team to come and look at the possibility of a new car. I told them I wasn't shopping for a new car but I would certainly look. They made me an offer on a car that was nowhere within or even close to the parameters that I spelled out. And they did so several times before I told them. We're done here! Here's where the disgusting part started. They promised that they would only do a soft pull on my credit.....Lie!!!! Lie!!! Lie!!!! They did a hard pull and so it impacted my credit score negatively. Then they started a steady train of phone calls. Sales managers and others kept calling. After the 2nd one I asked them to quit calling me. They continued. They called me 6 times the next day and 5 times the day after that. After the 3rd phone call I was getting quite aggrevated. I kept asking them to take my name off their list, but they did not and they persisted. One phone call was at 8:45 in the evening. They were desperate to make a sale and it showed. Bottom line....I will never even entertain the thought of buying a car at Peoria Nissan. They are ruthless and don't really care about a customer's wishes. It is a sales team like this that gives sales people and especially car sales people a bad name. This was the most disgusting display of greed and total disregard for a customer that I have ever experienced. They have taken a good relationship and ruined it. More
