I always schedule appointments with Mr. Mike. Service on my 2013 Armada Mr.Mike kept me informed of the work progress. The service was done in a timely manner. The first time was because you are closer to our home in Surprise and we were VERY unhappy with Peoria Nissan. The second visit was due to the fact that Jeff called us at our home to remind us of our recall notice. We took advantage of that appointment to schedule our oil/filter change. We were greeted at the service door by Jeff and impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. We will return to Coulter for any service that is required, Coulter is a family and we feel that we have been adopted into that family. More

I responded to the ad they had for a 2015 year end clearance the Altima was advertised for 15699.00. If your thinking about responding to one of these ads., use caution. Double check all the numbers after everything was said and done my Altima was more like 25k for a year old model. I was planning on buying another one from this dealership but nope not going to happen. More

I have received outstanding customer service with each visit. During my last visit, Tyler was very helpful, friendly, and professional! Jeff helped me during my previous visits and has always been professional, courteous, and helpful as well! While there are times they have shared recommended services, I have never been pressured to get these done right then and there. I appreciate that I am always respected as a customer and welcomed with a smile! On a side note, love the waiting area...so clean, open, and relaxing with snacks, water, donuts, coffee, etc for customers. Coulter Nissan has certainly earned my loyalty. Strongly recommend! :-) More
