1- extremely overpriced ($90 for a cabin filter)? 2- car had tire pressure light on. Nobody fixed it. When I picked up the car, the representative said that’s handled by a different dept, and I shou 2- car had tire pressure light on. Nobody fixed it. When I picked up the car, the representative said that’s handled by a different dept, and I should make a new appt. 3- if I have a rep why don’t they contact me to make the appt.? After all, it was a car issue not solved. 4- last time, I asked about some electronic issues with my display screen. The rep said no one knew, and I should call Laramie office where I bought the car. Seriously? Are you a Toyota dealer or not?! The conclusion: I’ll do the free services there, as soon as I’m Out of warranty, I’ll never come back. You are not a true Toyota dealer. More
