I get good service from the dealership. In this case the shuttle pick up was much less than satisfactory, not because of the driver, but the route. The dealership seemed determined not to provide me the ride they promised after service. I'm 75 and it's dangerous for me not to have a car. Instead of ordering me an Uber, they told me to set up an accou ride they promised after service. I'm 75 and it's dangerous for me not to have a car.
