I described in previous text The issue wasn't with the rep, Michelle but the situation and resolution. They were sending me multiple texts to pick up my car when it wasn't ready. I had asked them to wash it previously and it wasn't washed. I was on a phone call when I received multiple texts and got off the phone call to pick up my car, which then wasn't ready. Not a big deal, but annoying. The dealership also tried to push expensive, unnecessary services. For example, they said I need my AC filter replaced for $70. I put a new one in two weeks ago. The people are nice enough, but the dealership as a whole is scammy and incompetent. More
I have read that car warranties are only as good as the folks that back them. I found it disappointing that you had so little information on the company that you were using. No internet access in the finan folks that back them. I found it disappointing that you had so little information on the company that you were using. No internet access in the finance office, no pamphlets, no ability to email me information. Didn’t send me screen shots of info as promised. Was told price could go up if I don’t commit same day. 5 mins after I left the store and the reviews on the warranty were less than 2 stars. I would ask that you provide better information to defend using that company. Felt like a sales pitch for a less than quality product. More
