I did not receive any notice that service was due. Went in after 6 Mos. Just over 4,000 mi. They wanted to put in a new cabin filter, which was not necessary at 4,000 miles. On my old prius, they had to reset the maintenance time. I asked if they did that. They may have, but they also reset my seat far back, and reset my total average miles to 0. A wash is usually standard, but I had to ask to have that done. It took way longer than it should have, to have a simple service. When i went to get into my car, i had to take the plastic off the seat for them. I also have a 2nd key there, but I could not get an appt to have that done at the same time (even though I asked when I made this appt). The 2nd key should have been in months ago. When I called some time ago,to ask about it, they said it had been approved and did I want to order it. What? They were waiting for me to call in to tell them to order it? I never had such poor service at Stapp or Mountain States. Long story short, I won't be having my car serviced there again. More

I would like to file a complaint about an incident that occurred. While driving to Boulder, I encountered a man in an orange three-wheeled vehicle who not only cut me off in traffic but also flipped me off occurred. It was incredibly reckless and rude behavior that put both of us at risk. To make matters worse, when I arrived at the Corwin, I saw the same man inside. I asked one of the employees for his name, once I knew his name I walked out refusing to buy a car from here. But I wanted to make sure to report this unacceptable behavior. It’s concerning that someone who drives like that might be representing your dealership. It reflects poorly on the establishment and creates a negative experience for your customers. More
Staff members behind desks when you first walk in are unwilling/uninterested in interacting with or helping customers. Did not diagnose or fix problem with brakes going out on steep mountain road. I recently purchased a RAV4 hybrid from Corwin and was pleased with how Kim Wilharm and the rest of the staff strived to get me the blue car I wanted. The first car that I made a deposit on was damaged b pleased with how Kim Wilharm and the rest of the staff strived to get me the blue car I wanted. The first car that I made a deposit on was damaged by hail in transit. Kim checked the factory orders and found a similar car that would soon be manufactured. 2 months later I drove home in my Calvary Blue RAV4. Kim went the extra mile as did her management. She kept me informed, remained upbeat and told me she would do what it took to get me the car I wanted. I highly recommend purchasing an automobile from Kim Wilharm at Corwin Toyota. More

You tried to tell me I HAD to buy 2 new tires when the tires I had were less than a year old. Then you said ONE tire would be fine. Why not instead say “Hey you need ONE tire and these are probably still tires I had were less than a year old. Then you said ONE tire would be fine. Why not instead say “Hey you need ONE tire and these are probably still under warranty at Firestone.” It’s called honesty. I can get oil changes and tire rotations and maintenance else where for less. You won’t have my business again. More
