They did a tire rotation and they forgot to put one of the lug nuts on my tires, next day I had my car broken down for something else and the tow truck driver is the one who noticed it. Jack was my Sales guy, and made my Truck purchase as easy as possible. He did great at juggling both myself and another customer at the same time.
