Chi was very helpful and responsive. Our vehicle did not come with floor mats, I would have been happier if the dealership had found a way to get us those. Jeremy was very helpful and attentive from the very beginning. after putting a deposit down for a new Trailhunter he stayed in touch with me throughout the process. I didn't want the ceramic wrap and they would not remove it. That was an additional expense i was going to use for other accessories. More
