The actual buyung process was dune, but as soon as I actually signed the papers, it's been very difficult to get my issues resolved. I had some repairs in my contract that needed to be done, and it's be actually signed the papers, it's been very difficult to get my issues resolved. My experience with Kali Behrns was EXCEPTIONAL! !! Kali was determined to help me find the best used car for my wants and needs, and she did! She was kind, patient, honest, knowledgeable, and mo !! These are traits not always found in a Sales Representative/Product Specialist. I will highly recommend Kali to everyone that I know that is searching for a new or used car. Thank you, Kali, for ALL of your hard work! I also want to thank the 2 wonderful ladies in the office dept that handled the paperwork. I am so sorry that I do not remember their names. They went above and beyond to help me with my out of state licensing and registration questions and needs. I am so THANKFUL for all of your hard work. My only concern was that it took saying "No, Thank You" multiple times to convince a Finance Specialist that I did not want to purchase the extended warranty. I understand that this is his/her job to push until the customer gives in and says yes (so they can make the $$), but my saying "No, Thank You" ONCE should have been sufficient. I will gladly recommend Corwin Honda in Fargo, ND to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thank you for a great car purchasing experience! More

Easy and no pressure. We enjoyed working with Noah. Only minor detail was we have to go back to get a couple things. Not Noah's fault though. Overall experience was great.
