Both Matthew (Mateo) and Dylan were very pleasant and professional to work with. They were straightforward and transparent without any of the more typical sales pressure. The used car needed to have a ne professional to work with. They were straightforward and transparent without any of the more typical sales pressure. The used car needed to have a new windshield. There could have been better communication on when that work was going to be scheduled and when the car could be picked up, but that aside it was a good experience and I would go back to Mateo to buy another vehicle. It was hard to give up “Old Blue” a 2007 Honda Pilot after having her for 14 yrs with 235K miles behind her, still kicking, yet it was time to move on and find my dream car, a 2026 Honda CR-V “Hybrid” A after having her for 14 yrs with 235K miles behind her, still kicking, yet it was time to move on and find my dream car, a 2026 Honda CR-V “Hybrid” AWD Sport Touring. This vehicle is AMAZING!! I shopped online, found a vehicle I was interested in and reached out to the dealership. Prior to my arrival Sales Consultant, Shawn Theodoran provided pictures and a “cool” walk-around inside/out video of the vehicle making the possibility to go back and review options I may have missed. His communication line was open, and I was informed throughout the entire process from cradle to grave. Upon my arrival, Shawn had the vehicle parked and ready for a test drive to include walking me through the vehicle’s technical features. He was kind, knowledgeable, extremely informative, transparent with pricing, and patient during my multiple test drives. He made my trade-in a smooth process. (He EVEN took the time to take a picture of me and “Old Blue” before I sadly turned the keys over.) LOL It is not always easy to find someone trustworthy when buying a vehicle. So, thank you Shawn, for your down-to-earth personality and EXCELLENT service; you made me feel confident in my purchase. Special thanks to Sales Consultant, Amelia Magowan who additionally reached out to assist with my vehicle features and to Isaac Smallwood, Financial Advisor. Oh, how I “dreaded” the financial part of a car deal, loooong and exhausting but NOPE, Isaac made it fun, literally!
