Handled recall easily and provided shuttle. Requested update to maps. Charged me to do that but updated Sync and then me I needed to do maps update myself at additional charge. Friendly service by both Jordan and Ed. Didn’t complete oil change to go with battery change. Car there for 3 days, by my choice, but service should have seen NYS inspection was due. I was informed at pick up and now have to reschedule. Could have been done while there, if noticed. More
