He tells me exactly what I need when I come in for regular maintenance and never tries to talk me into replacing anythin had an emergency situation. We brought our car to be serviced under a warranty repair the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. They lost our car for a week, never fixed it and said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. When we finally got our car back it smelled of cigarettes. They deny it all and blame us. Find another Ford dealer before you buy or bring your car here. More
