Service department is fine, very disappointed with the quality of the automobile. Brakes and tires at under 25,000 mile, gas cover issue, Shocks and brackets at under 60,000 and now another warning light quality of the automobile. Very, very disappointed with the service. I’ve called four times to schedule my Lincoln for an oil change, etc. My husband and I bought a Lincoln Aviator and leased a Corsairs. Spent a lot of I’ve called four times to schedule my Lincoln for an oil change, etc. My husband and I bought a Lincoln Aviator and leased a Corsairs. Spent a lot of money and very disappointed. Will be contacting the district sales manager to see what can be done. They tout that when you bring your vehicle in for service they’ll clean the inside and outside of your vehicle. We’ve had to ask them to clean our vehicles. Not the top notch service we expected. Wouldn’t recommend them to family or friends. More

I had a good experience. I was supposed to have the car done in my parking lot but management said I could not have it in the parking lot so they took it at the dealers at th I was supposed to have the car done in my parking lot but management said I could not have it in the parking lot so they took it at the dealers at the same time 130. Darren Van Orden is the best at fitting me in when I have had an emergency situation. He tells me exactly what I need when I come in for regular maintenance and never tries to talk me into replacing anythin had an emergency situation. We brought our car to be serviced under a warranty repair the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. They lost our car for a week, never fixed it and said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the manufacturer sent us a paper to bring the car in. They lost our car for a week, never fixed it and said they wouldn't honor the warranty because the part was fine and charged a diagnostic fee for what should have been a part replacement. When we finally got our car back it smelled of cigarettes. They deny it all and blame us. Find another Ford dealer before you buy or bring your car here. More
